JD:

1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regional accounts, including major retailers, distributors, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts. Should have handled Reliance, Spencer, D'mart and other national and regional channels.

2. Sales Strategy: Implement and manage sales strategies tailored to regional market needs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for the Chicco brand.

3. Negotiations: Lead negotiations for trade agreements, promotions, and pricing strategies. Ensure favorable terms that align with company goals while meeting the needs of the accounts.

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.

5. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve account performance.


6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, promotional effectiveness, and alignment with brand messaging.

7. Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts. Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
