Purpose of the position:
- He supervises entire North (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP+ UK Expansion) eventually, starting off the business from Delhi NCR- Hospital Trade.
- To assure a perfect link & execution of company's policies on field to ensure the assigned output.
Main responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the hospital sector, focusing on gynaecology and paediatrics departments.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including gynaecologists, paediatricians, and hospital procurement teams.
- Promote and present our baby care products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and differentiators.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the hospital sector.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for hospital staff.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity updates, sales forecasts, and market insights. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Reaching out to hospital channels, Gynae, Paediatrics, stem cell clinic, nutrition clinics, etc.
