IT Recruiter Roles & Responsibilities :

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

- Drafting and posting IT job descriptions.

- Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (Eg- Linkedin, Naukri, Hirist, Bigshyft etc)

- Screening incoming IT resumes as well as application forms

- Performing phone interviews with candidates

- Coordinating interviews with the interviewers & Candidates

- Following up on the interview process status

- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process

- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's in human resources.

- A minimum of 3-5+ years experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong fit with the fast-paced startup culture.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel

- Excellent record-keeping
