Artivatic is looking for Chief People Officer (CPO) to empowering Hiring Needs and building employee culture.

Artivatic is tech focused company and most of hiring happens on tech side so knowledge and understanding of tech is important.

Key Skills & Profile:

- Experience in hiring tech profiles (Machine Learning, AI, Backend, Frontend etc.)

- Ability to hire right candidate as per need

- Fast tracked hiring focus and experience

- Maintaining HR Policies, Documents, HR Compliance as per organization Need

- Employee retention and focus on culture building

- Understanding of ATS and various hiring platforms to source candidate

- Setting up interview and managing hiring reports

- Work with Junior HR teams to help as needed
