We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business data to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to better business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and utilize your analytical skills to interpret data and provide valuable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand business requirements and objectives.

- Collect and analyze large volumes of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau to present data in a clear and meaningful way.

- Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.

- Create and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure business performance.

- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth.

- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis findings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and monitor their impact.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and visualization.

Specifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of business processes, metrics, and KPIs.

- Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.
