Artificial Intelligence Consultant - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional AI Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the company to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define Roadmap and Sub-Problems: Work with ambiguous problem statements to define a clear roadmap and identify sub-problems to be addressed.

2. Develop GTM Strategy: Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product introductions, leveraging AI and data-driven insights.

3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and other business leaders.

4. Creative Problem-Solving: Think creatively to propose innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business problems.

5. Stay Up-to-Date with AI Trends: Remain current with the latest developments in the AI space, engaging in conversations with senior members of the company.

Requirements:

1. MBA from Tier 1: Preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 institution, although this is not a mandatory requirement.

2. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, defining roadmaps and sub-problems to address complex business challenges.

3. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI and data-driven technologies, with the ability to engage in technical conversations with senior stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders.

5. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
