Job Description :

- Audit & Assurance functions.

- GST reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C.

- Financial and costing ratios and variance analysis.

- Periodical MIS to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Audit Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

- Plan, execute, and oversee financial and compliance audits in accordance with applicable regulations and auditing standards.

- Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted effectively.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit methodologies, tools, and templates.

- Collaborate with the partners and senior management to improve audit processes and enhance the quality of services.

- Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of auditing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a professional audit firm.

- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
