Job Brief :

Arthmate is looking for a well-rounded & highly-creative 'Marketing Manager' with 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably from Internet domain / Digital Agency to lead our marketing team. The incumbent should be able to manage brand and lead generation campaigns independently and also manage stakeholders across teams (both external and internal). This position will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. The core goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The duties and responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Responsibilities:

The ideal incumbent will need capabilities in the following :

- Proven experience in planning, managing and executing brand campaigns in the past (from research to brief to roll out to analysis)

- Entrenched knowledge of all aspects of marketing touch points - social, digital, ATL, BTL etc with experience in managing 360 marketing campaigns or standalone campaigns involving different channel mix

- Working closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) - should have had people interfacing opportunity in the past

- Working closely with the creative and media agency to plan and launch campaigns - should have front ended conversations with agencies in her/ his past role/s

- Providing proactive direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects- social, digital, ATL, BTL etc.

- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Plan and manage our social media platforms.

- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance.

- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Desired Domain Expertise:

- Excellent knowledge of campaign management across media

- Good knowledge of digital and social media platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn

- In-depth knowledge of email marketing

- Knowledge of tools like google analytics, marketing automation etc.

- Demonstrable experience in the Financial Services Industry especially on the Investment side

- Adept at analyzing metrics and identifying trends

- Impact Focus: Understands business impact of marketing campaigns

- Can track campaign performance to desired results analytically

Customer Obsession:

- Extremely customer centric and can come up with deep consumer insights

- Good understanding of the audience on social / digital media platforms, their interest, engagement etc.

- Should have the ability to drive projects independently and seamlessly

- Attention to detail and quality obsessed

- Ability to think on one's feet to overcome roadblocks and should be a problem solver

- Effective Communication -very articulate

- Excellent command over written and spoken english

Education Bacground:

Preferably a full time MBA with specialization in Marketing from a reputed institute.

Preferred Skills :

Planning,managing and executing 360 degree social,digital,ATL,BTL brand campaigns (research-brief-rollout-post analysis)
