About Us : Arthmate is changing the traditional financing landscape through Finance as a service across the spectrum of Business Lending, Co Lending, Financing Technology Suite and P2P financing products. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure and overlook the strategic partnerships role, onboard financial institutions for savings, lending and insurance verticals and work with the institutions to create tailor made products for target segments.

Job Description :

- Collaborate with Product Team Team to formulate strategy and identify levers to drive disproportionate impact to business priorities through business development activities

- Develop relationships with key decision makers of finance spread across savings / lending and insurance space and onboard their products

- Work on strategic initiatives to develop tailor made products by working with internal product / business team and external stakeholders to drive best product market fit

- Evaluate, support negotiations and ensure execution of key strategic partnerships and opportunities across the region, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses, opportunity sizing and resource prioritisation

- Drive accountability by managing the deal pipeline, deal performance tracking, presenting business reviews to internal (including Senior Leadership) and external stakeholders

- Support in the development of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with senior executives of current and prospective partners

- Evaluate new deal archetypes/constructs which can be scaled across regions and drive non-linear impact to the business

- Able to handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of our company

Requirements :

- Around 6+ years of experience in Business Development with exposure to the Tech Sales, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity or M&A experience with tier 1 educational background

- Analytical skills with ability to combine business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to evaluate and structure complex, multi-faceted deals and scale existing partnerships

- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and credibility with external partners and adeptly manage the cross-functional stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - adept at building and delivering presentations

- Adaptability to change within a fast-paced corporate environment, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity
