Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic:
- Create Digital Strategy for an NBFC
- Lead business transformation across Lending, Digital Business, Core platform and Infrastructure
- Assessment of last year's IT Roadmap, stakeholder mapping, IT implications of business plans and derivation of key IT initiatives
- IT Policy refresh
- Design, implement and lead strategic projects across business units - Security Implementation, IT Audits etc.
- Supporting Board of Directors & Executive Management decision-making with focus on organization's vision of standardization and transformation
- Setup the business continuity and Disaster Recovery site for the Group
2. Change Management:
- Selection of Mobile App Development Platform
- Initiate major Organization Transformation Projects in areas of Mobility, virtualization platform, Cloud Computing, VDI and business Intelligence
- Group wide Implementation and roll out of ERP projects
- Spearheading the entire functions of assimilating new technology solutions, company IT digital transformation, enterprise class organization
- Established and validated monitoring technologies to ensure alignment of performance metrics, alert criteria, and other monitoring functions for operations
- Analyzing the regulatory developments and expectations with respect to IT risk and cyber security to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in India
3. Project Management:
- Developed relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams across geographies and departments
- Worked closely with third-party vendors and contractors to manage and coordinate projects with the business units and other IT departments, where necessary
- Rendered consultancy for Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses.
Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills) :
The ideal candidate should have:
- successfully played the role of head of technology/CIO/CTO in BFSI industry
- set up technology infrastructure for loan business
- built a team of IT professionals from diverse background and cutting-edge technologies
- adequate experience and exposure in identifying, empanelling and managing vendors/ partners
- exposure of sales, collection, credit process (must have)
- hands-on work exposure about the ecosystem play
- architected systems of record, system of differentiation
- experience of implementing ERP, CRM (an added advantage)
- from a premier engineering institute
- MBA degree from a reputed institute (an added advantage)
- prior experience of working with a fast-paced startup (desired)
- 12 to 18 years of professional experience with at least 10 to 12 years' experience in leading a big and diverse team
