What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand social media trends, competitor activity, and target demographics.
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create and curate engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) in a variety of formats (text, images, videos).
- Schedule and publish social media content using relevant tools and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement in our social media strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers (optional).
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Experience with social media marketing tools and platforms.
- A creative and innovative mind with a passion for storytelling.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
