What You'll Do:
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and business goals.
- Collaborate on content creation, helping to draft and schedule engaging posts (text, images, videos) according to the monthly calendar.
- Manage social media publishing tools to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) using relevant tools.
- Generate insightful reports that track performance and inform future social media strategies.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering positive brand interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure social media content aligns with overall business objectives.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the financial services industry (a plus, not mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and current trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and generate reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
