What You'll Do:
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations and trends relevant to our brand and industry.
- Develop and implement social media measurement frameworks using social listening tools and analytics platforms.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (e. g. , engagement, reach, impressions) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations that communicate social media data and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to inform content strategy and campaign development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize social media content for different platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and analytics tools.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in social media analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex social media data.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e. g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Hootsuite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for social media and a keen eye for detail.
