Role Overview:.
- We seek a dynamic and experienced Social Media Associate to manage end-to-end social media needs for Artha Group, focusing primarily on lead generation through social media marketing and digital ideas.
- The role involves strategic ideation and execution of social media content and marketing initiatives focusing on lead generation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting monthly content calendars, leveraging their expertise in managing brands within the financial services space.
- Strong follow-up skills, effective communication, and a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:.
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging and informative content to attract new investors.
Lead Generation:.
- Implement effective lead-generation strategies through social media marketing.
- Utilize digital ideas to enhance the impact of lead generation campaigns.
Content Calendar Management:.
- Ideate and plan monthly content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business heads to align content with business objectives.
Brand Management:.
- Leverage expertise in managing brands within the financial services sector.
- Maintain and enhance the Artha Group brand presence across social media platforms.
Follow-Up and Engagement:.
- Implement strong follow-up processes to engage with the audience and address inquiries.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond promptly.
Social Media Analysis and Reporting:.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Generate insightful reports on key metrics, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing social media strategies based on analysis findings.
Communication Skills:.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for content creation.
Qualifications:.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven work experience in social media management within the financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of the venture capital and private equity landscape.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:.
CTC: - 15 Lakhs per annum.
Monthly Salary: 12 Lakhs (paid monthly).
Retention Bonus: 3 Lakhs (paid at the end of the year.)
