Credit Control Manager

Experience: 5+ Years.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Role & Responsibilities:.

- Manage collection planning for AR/AP/PI, ensuring accurate payment details, GST entry reversals, and reconciliations.

- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships.

- Review delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions per company policies and legal guidelines.

- Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Collaborate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for issue resolution.

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies for efficiency.

- Forecast, prepare, and present collection reports to management.
