Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to setup, manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the financial controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities:

- Financial strategy: Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.

- Accounting: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Internal controls: Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.

- Budgeting: Assisting or fully creating the budget, including incorporating historical data.

- Cash flow management: Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize investment.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.

- Reporting and analysis: Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.

- Technology: Experience with using, selecting, and designing internal accounting systems. Collaborating with IT for development/purchase of MIS systems and software.

Financial Controller Requirements:

- CA by Qualification with 6+ years' experience in finance and accounting.

- Proven experience in finance management.

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Analytical skills.

- Skilled in handling and controlling Finance data.

- Proactively looks for methods to simplify process.

- Proven ability to influence at senior levels across functions, geographies, and businesses.
