- Project Financing - Appraisal, Debt Syndication, Documentation, compliances etc

- Financial Modeling & Restructuring

- Ability to deal with Banker for Loan, Working Capital, Mortgage

- Working Capital - Assessment and its compliances.

- Liaison with Bank for compliances & other matters.

- MIS - Analysis of data, results etc.

- CMA data & Financial reports

- Monitoring of Working Capital/Term Loan Banking requirements.

- Vendor management and SLA management
