Key Objectives:

- Building alliances with State Government to mainstream child protection with a focus on:

- Integration of Arpan's prevention programme into State curriculum

- Capacity building of stakeholders to respond to Child Sexual Abuse (CSA)

Major Deliverables:

The major responsibilities are:

- Build in-roads with Education and WCD departments at the State level for multiple states assigned to the individual

- Identify key stakeholders at a State and District level to build long-term alliances

- Engage and liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis

- Identify opportunities for Arpan to participate at a State and District level

- Build similar alliances with other states in the region

- Conduct trainings for external stakeholders

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream. Preference to Child Development, Social work and other related fields. 4-5 years' experience in managing advocacy with Government
