JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Co-ordinating the M & A Activities.
2.Co-ordinating and the assisting in preparation of draft DRHP for IPO.
3.Preparation of agenda and minutes of Board, and General Meetings with successful conduct with least complexities
4.Close on all Action items arising out- of- Board and committee meetings and systematic reporting- of- the same.
5.Primarily responsible for compliance of Companies Act, 2013, rules there under and FEMA, the SEBI LODR Compliances etc. on time
6.Filing relevant forms with the ROC.
7.Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters and non-statutory due dates.
8.Spotting of issues/ non-compliance etc. and suggesting solution on the same
9.Assisting in managing ESOP activities of the- Company
10.Maintenance & updation of statutory registers, records and filing system.
11.Updating of websites
12.Updating the Management on the changes/amendments to the corporate laws for ensuring proper compliances.
13.Liasioning with Regulatory authorities / external agencies on behalf- of- the- Company
14.Compliance - Maintaining and monitoring the Statutory compliance module
15.Experience in- NBFC- would be an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification :
CS with min 5-6 years- of- post-qualification experience in Regulatory Compliances.
Preference for LL.B with prior experience with BFSI/NBFC's.
Salary Offered : 8 - 9 LPA
