Work Experience 8 to 9 years of work experience in Underwriting of unsecured business loans, SME loans with a reputed bank or NBFC is a must.

Job Description - Ensuring that all the files are completed as per the documentation checklist. Evaluation of- credit- of various categories of customers within the prescribed TAT.

- Preparation of the Financials statement analysis, Banking analysis in the approved Excel format, Preparation of the Recommendations of the cases in the approved Word formats.

- Decision files with complete & correct documentation and ensuring correctness income documentation. Ensuring decision of cases which are clear from all aspects (KYC, technical, financial, RCU and banking). For the cases above the Local limits responsible for Review and support approval of- credit- files as per policy.

- Managing External vendors such as like verification agency, Valuation agency, Personal Decision agency across assign location-

- Ensuring the Quality & Turnaround time maintained for external vendor's regular visits to the vendors has to be done-

- Ensuring that all the regulatory policies and procedures are met and adhered to.

- Regular training to be conducted to all external vendors & location visits liaison with other functions-

- Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud on the portfolio by monitoring Flow Rates and net- Credit- Losses.-

- Train, assist, encourage business for sourcing quality files which increases efficiencies and jointly meet business targets

- Technical capabilities: quality control measures, data tracking & data analysis of- credit- team,- credit- appraisals quality Checking, scrutinizing documents, sanctioning- credit- limits.

- Recruitment and training of- credit- Managers and CPA Staff.

Technical Competency - Knowledge & understanding of CIBIL, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Banking, KYC.

- Preparing Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) note.

- Presenting cases to committee/ BH.

- Provide training to Credit Managers.

CTC 12.00 lacs - 15.00 lacs pa + variable - Based on the previous salary & experience
