Who Youll Work With:


- Arista seeks a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to partner with our Sales & Customer Engineering leaders in the Asia Pacific Japan region.


- The leader will be responsible for and driving our go-to-market strategy, execution of marketing programs and will partner with other GTM leaders on , strategic market analysis and planning to help drive sales initiatives across the region.


- This individual will enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue.


- The ideal candidate will be a metric-driven person that develops programs based on analysis of current market trends, new business drivers and opportunities.


- They will have a proven track record of working across time zones and cultures, managing a large geography (e. ASEAN, ANZ, Japan, Korea, Greater China, India), and excelling in at least two or more of the following areas: digital marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, event marketing, and channel marketing.

What Youll Do:


Regional Strategy Development:


- Analyze, understand and recognize market segments trends across Asia Pacific Japan relevant to Aristas go-to-market strategy.


- Understand key buyer personas and needs so marketing and sales campaigns can be crafted with the appropriate entry mechanisms and/or business justification.


- Develop and implement the Asia Pacific marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives.


- Partner closely with country and regional leaders to ensure the strategy is adapted to regional business priorities.

- Tailor global campaigns and initiatives to meet the region's unique needs.

Demand Generation


- Lead efforts to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns.


- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and measure marketing ROI.

Brand Building


- Increase brand visibility and reputation through localized brand strategies, PR initiatives, and thought leadership.


- Partner with corporate teams to adapt global messaging for regional audiences.

Digital Marketing


- Develop and execute regional digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.


- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Channel And Partner Marketing


- Partner with the field and channel teams to identify partners best aligned to the global and regional objectives and execute campaigns with them.


- Engage in GTM activities with key strategic alliance/Technology partners to build mindshare.

Event Marketing


- Identify the right roster of events to engage in based on targeted verticals, personas, propensity to buy etc.


- Oversee the planning and executing of regional events, webinars, and trade shows to engage customers and partners.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


- Work closely with product and sales to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.


- Coordinate with global marketing teams to share best practices and leverage resources.

Team Leadership


- Mentor an existing regional marketing team and raise the bar.


- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Budget And Vendor Management

- Manage regional marketing expenditure, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


- Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Experience:


- 10+ years of marketing experience in a B2B technology environment, with at least 5 years managing regional or global marketing programs.


- Proven success working across multiple time zones and cultures in the Asia Pacific Japan region.


- Expertise in at least two of the following: digital marketing, Product Marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, event marketing, and channel marketing.

- Experience in technology infrastructure or related industries e. data center switching, routing, campus networking is highly desirable.

Skills:


- Strong leadership and team-building skills.


- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to guide decisions.


- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.


Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
