ARISE IIP - Research Analyst

Job Summary:

The candidate will lead research initiatives, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights that drive innovation and support business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the textile industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the textile industry.

- Analyze data from various sources to forecast market developments and consumer behavior.

- Evaluate competitive landscapes and market positioning of products.

- Analyze product performance, market demand, and feedback to optimize product offerings.

- Recommend product enhancements based on research findings.

- Develop strategic reports and presentations that guide decision-making for senior management.

- Provide insights and recommendations on potential business opportunities and market entry strategies.

- Support the development of long-term strategies for growth in the textile sector.

- Collect, organize, and maintain data relevant to the textile industry, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring key industry metrics.

- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to align research efforts with business objectives.

- Liaise with external partners, research agencies, and industry experts to gather and share insights.

Key Skills:

- Overall 8 to 10 years' experience in Market Research and Analytics

- Latest tools for Research analysis / AI with strong knowledge on worldwide business data and social media

- Fluency in English, French will be added advantage

- Work experience in relevant position as Research Analyst for a large consulting firm /Bank preferably Textile or related industry
