Arise IIP - Finance Manager - CA

The ideal candidate will have a CA and a background in Agri-Processing.

Financial Planning & Control

- Develop and manage the annual factory budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.

- Oversee cost accounting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to track factory performance.

- Implement cost control measures to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Operational Finance & Cost Management

- Monitor raw material procurement costs, production expenses, and overheads to optimize financial efficiency.

- Ensure accurate product costing, pricing strategies, and inventory valuation.

- Analyze factory KPIs (yield, waste, energy costs, production efficiency) to drive financial improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.

- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to mitigate financial risks.

- Oversee payables, receivables, and working capital management for smooth operations.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Collaborate with plant managers, supply chain teams, and procurement heads to align financial and operational goals.

- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance oversight.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies for financial reporting and compliance matters
