Roles and Responsibilities:

Exp - 4 to 7 yrs

Work Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Drive Inside Sales campaigns for US, Europe and APAC regions

- Lead generation via cold calling and emailers for various campaigns and events

- Scheduling executive level meetings and follow ups for campaigns and events

- Lead generation via outbound calls for all in-bound inquiries and campaign responses.

- Maintaining a continuous history of prospects and customers and the activities happening within that customer through customer relationship manager (CRM) database.

- Generation of customer's interest and arranging for a meeting/teleconference with Aricent's Sales and/or Business Development team.

- Arranging product demonstrations with Aricent's Sales Engineers

- Market research and database creation from a list of target accounts

- Monthly and quarterly targets for leads generated and opportunities created

Activities :

- Understand Aricent's core offerings.

- Understand target market characteristics and map its needs with the offerings

- Cold calls and email reach outs

- Research within the industry to create call lists

- Proactive and aggressive qualification of new opportunities

- Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle

- Proactively calling cold and warm prospects

- Constant communication with prospects and customers, in written and verbal presentations, to sell indirectly

- Brief Understanding of Telecom domain and the various upcoming technologies in the industry.

- Setting up meetings/ conference calls for Sales/Business Group (BG)

- Generate reports on the campaign details/leads generated/other MIS data

- Work closely with various Sales teams as their extended arm

Desired Skill Set :

- 4-7 years of experience in Inside Sales lead generation, cold calling and response management

- Industry knowledge of Telecommunications preferred

- Working knowledge of tools like Pardot, SFDC, Eloqua, Marketo (any one)

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling

- Understanding of technology selling related to the telecommunications sector

- The candidate must be a keen learner and must be an individual with a proven track record

- Ability to talk and understand business and convince executive management of target companies for meetings

- Flexibility to work in US, Europe and APAC timings
