Job Title and Grade: Manager - Strategy & Innovation
Key Responsibilities & Prior Experience:
- Support CEO under the strategy vertical of CEO office,
- Engage CEO's day to day business agenda (like organising top level meetings, presentations, Reports, Data points and any New initiatives and so on- .)
- Co ordinating with all Key stakeholders and business heads/leaders of the department for meeting CEO's obligations /day to day operations
- Initiate and support for CEO high level plan and projects
- Drive business action plans & smooth running of operations, process, people and policies across organisation through key review meetings
- Coordinate for organisation KPI review meetings
- Co ordinating for perfect Workflow and Systems in place to decrease bureaucracy & improve efficiency
- Support & Plan cost-reduction activities and process development activities.
- Co-ordinate for Leadership connect and global Cross functional meetings.
- Drive agenda and track minutes and action plans for all CEO meetings.
- Organisation communication roll out on behalf of CEO.
- Any adhoc and long term, short term strategic requirements of CEO
Skills:
- Ability to interpret and crunch Data
- Excellent MS office Skills
- Excellent Communication
- Previous experience of working with Leaders
Qualifications:
- B.E with MBA, preferably.
- A total of 8 to 14 Years- experience.
- Must have good knowledge on most of the skie lls such as Advanced Excel, MS-Project, Tableau, PMP and Finance related.
