Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Performance Management - Exposure to policy, process & systems
- Career Management - Understanding of career and competency framework and experience of implementing the downstream activities like promotions, internal job movements etc.
- Leadership development - Should have managed training and learning initiatives for the organization
- Succession Planning - support the implementation of leadership talent review and succession plan initiatives
- Analytics & Reporting - Ability to provide insight from the performance, growth, and internal movement data
- Compliance - Support drive compliance for the function
- HR Capability Building & Branding initiatives - Help drive the functional capability building & branding initiatives like submission of a point of view or award paper.
Desired profile of the candidate : 10 years + experience
Desired work experience: Worked with large organizations which have well established OD functions
Location of posting : Gurgaon / others
Shift Timings : Preferable EST / UK Timing ( 1500 - 0000) IST
