1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Major Activities:
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Support in administering compensation programs like Merit and Annual bonus with timely payouts and communication to employees
- Conduct Market data analysis using benchmarking tools to create pay ranges for various positions
- Propose salary fitments for off cycle increments and for employee movements like promotions and transfers etc.
- Tracking and updations of minimum wages and leave benefits
- Creation of HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Partnering with the legal and business partner team on handbook creation, vacation analysis and other policies
- Support the core team on due diligence and integration of acquired entities
- Updation and maintenance of various communication templates used in he compensation processes
- Assist the team in the employee mobility process
Skills/ Abilities:
- Handled Compensation Review programs, bonus programs independently in alignment with company's strategy and goals.
- Proficiency in industry benchmarking, data analysis and presenting the plan.
- Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill within a large organization.
- Stakeholder management.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently in a high paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, inclusive of data mining.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in excel sheet analysis and data management.
- Team management.
Educational Qualification/ Experience:
- 6+ years of experience working in the Compensation domain.
- Should have worked with benchmarking tools like Payscale and Mercer
- Experience with Bonus programs
- Experience with UKG is a plus
