Area Service Manager


Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for overlooking the channel service for Bangalore Operations

- Compliance with Service Quality Audit to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

- Manage Warranty reconciliation & approvals.

- Responsible for VOR TAT reduction.

- Be a point of contact for Customer complaint redressal

- Setting up initial workshop operations & ensuring workshop readiness.

- Responsible for Daily operational tasks Service Retention, NPS, Service Appointment penetration, Service TAT reduction.

- Recall/Field Fix completion.

- Excellent leadership and man - management skills, Excellent interpersonal skills


- Ability to manage dealership operations.

- Promote VAS, Merchandise & Accessories sale.

- Ensure all manpower are technically trained beforehand on Service SOPs and adherence to process

- Responsible for Spares target achievement & maintenance of core parts inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

- B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech with 5+ years of experience in service operations preferably from a automotive background
