- Maintaining Service standards of Customer care and Vehicle care at Dealers, branches & ASDs across the territory.
- Service network/ Capacity expansion as per DSS norms - Dealers & ASDs.
- Control on Warranty Claims
- Promoting Sales by providing service support.
- Promoting Genuine Spares Sales.
