Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned territory as ASM, ensuring effective coverage and penetration of target markets.
- Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Meet business targets related to Free Service redemption, Paid service share, and revenue growth from Dealer & ASDs workshops.
- Provide feedback on product performance and conduct competition benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at Dealerships and drive the Service agenda to optimize service efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated with the latest trends and requirements in the market.
- Prepare for the launch of new products, ensuring readiness in terms of service infrastructure and support.
- Conduct analysis of product failures and provide detailed reports to the Head Office (HO) team for further action.
- Implement Service Quality Systems at Dealerships, branches, and ASDs, focusing on evaluation and continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle.
- Maintain service standards of customer care and vehicle care at Dealerships, branches, and ASDs across the territory.
- Oversee service network and capacity expansion in accordance with Dealer Sales and Service (DSS) norms for Dealers and ASDs.
- Exercise control over warranty claims to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support sales efforts by providing comprehensive service support to customers.
- Drive sales of genuine spare parts through effective promotion and support initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and service processes, with a focus on achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance data.
- Proficiency in implementing quality systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
