Area Sales Role
1. Sales Development:
- Visit Dhanuka Distributors and Retailers and Non Dhanuka customers to increase the customer base.
- To achieve Annual, Monthly and Daily Sales Target.
- To collect payment from Dhanuka Distributors on regular basis with special focus on overdue.
- Address queries such as Price, leakage, credit note problem , Product complains from the Distributors etc.
- Work towards opening new distribution for business growth, guide Sales FLs on new Distributor opening.
- Be informed on competitor's products and communicate this information to senior management as well as to juniors.
- Attending DD meetings, MRM, ZTP, Distribution and dealer meetings, incentive tours etc.
- Update Regional Sales Role on stock requirements indents to be sent to depots.
- Monitor & Attend Activities like Farmer / Village Meetings, Field Days, Individual Farmer Meet, Mega Meeting, Campaigns, Demonstration.
- Assist the Regional Sales Role in Krishi Mitra Meetings, Field Day Meetings, Night Meetings and communicate with the farmers and other audience.
- Tracking Liquidation through physical stock check at Distributor level time to time.
- Communicate with the legal department on a regular basis and attend legal hearings when required or asked by the senior management
- Prepare MRM, annual budget and targets, incentive calculations etc. and take approvals from senior management
- Be a part of managerial training programs as and when required
- Monitor, Support & Coach Sales FL and BD FL on Daily Basis.
- Update Self and Team on Dhanuka Business Tools , Policies , HR Matters .
2. Monitoring and Control:
- Ensure creation and adherence of SOPs by the team members
- Look after the expenses of the Activities , dealer meetings, media events and report to senior management
- Prepare reports on TADA, monthly expenses, weekly and monthly updates on sales etc.
- Review the collection of receipts, product complaints and their handling, contributory gift orders, sales return and loose material return etc.
3. People:
- Train the team on the requirements and communicate their targets transparent way
- Manage the appraisals of team members on a yearly basis.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer for Team - Need to organize suck programs & meetings
- Motivate Team and Reduce Attrition Rate.
