Job responsibility includes delivery on volume targets, improvement of distribution infrastructure, increasing direct and indirect reach of products and gaining business from new products
- Responsible for sales targets and driving sales growth
- Handling consolidated value per annum
- Creating, maintaining and improving an efficient distribution system
- Managing distributors and sub-stockists
- Geographical span of control
- Leading and training field sales force
- Responsible for planning and conducting training programmes for direct sales force as well as indirect sales force
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Optimizing trade promotion spends and deployment of visibility budgets
- Controlling costs through monitoring of breakage, expiry, etc.
