Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Wood Coatings.

Job Summary:
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales operations of wood coatings within the Hyderabad region.
- This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and carpenters, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Hyderabad region.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and carpenters.
Market Development:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market dynamics specific to wood coatings.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales goals.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and targets for the Hyderabad region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional strategies.
Customer Service and Support:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the wood coatings or related industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
