We are looking for an Area Sale Manager who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives. Also, delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluate the performance of the sales team, and prepare concise sales reports.
Responsibilities :
- Primary focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers.
- Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss their products that would meet their requirements.
- Arrange meetings with the clients to persuade them to buy our product.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the available services.
- Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
- Generate business leads for the company and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.
- Build a robust sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly & yearly targets aggressively
- Build rapport with major clients to ensure long term relationships
- Provide regular sales forecast
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in Fitness Equipment sales experience is preferred. Minimum
- Experience should be 4 Years.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Frequent Traveller - Outstation Travels should not be a problem.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
