Role And Responsibilities.

As an Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:.

Client Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the assigned area, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

- Installation of Vending Machines: Generating leads for new clients, conducting successful demos at their office premises, and ensuring the smooth installation of vending machines at client locations.

- Business Development: Identifying potential market opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and establishing new accounts, channels, distributors, and territories for vending machine installations.

- Meeting sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals set by the company.

- Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring overall functionality for each client and making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Handling potential customers, understanding their requirements, and proactively exploring sales opportunities for new customer acquisition.

- Sales Reporting: Preparing and maintaining regular management information system (MIS) and sales forecast reports to provide feedback to the top management and develop action plans for effective service delivery.

Candidate Qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:.

- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending machine industry or related sectors.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Business Acumen: Sound business understanding to identify market potential, negotiate agreements, and drive business development initiatives.

- Customer Focus: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
