Area Sales Manager (Vehicle Sales - 2w/3w/CV/PV)
- To drive channel management, seeding new products, and increasing product awareness.
- Identifying target segment, create market ensure sales volume by targeting prospective customers in the product segment with the objective of enabling sales financial target achievement and developing potential for future within the limits of overall business strategy plan derived for function.
- Responsible for monitoring competition, business mapping and designing counter sales strategies.
- Overseeing complete business operations including profitability, Business forecast both monthly / annually.
- Ensuring adequate territory coverage - through outlets, tie-ups and activities (like road shows, loan melas, customer meets etc.).
- Achieving budgeted monthly nos. for off take and retail.
- Achieving Target Market share.
- Devising monthly Promotional schemes (if required).
- Ensuring process compliance at dealership for getting a high SSI
- Monitoring, tracking and sharing of competition activity in the state.
- Utilization of allocated budget for sales promotion
- Getting timely sales forecasts from dealers - n and n+1 month - for production planning.
- Work closely with dealers to ensure that the dealership is extracting the maximum from all revenue streams - sales, finance, insurance, registration, VAS etc.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA with 6+ Years of Experience in 2w/3w/ CV/PV sales & should have good Relationship management with key strategic dealers.
2. Understanding broad level of business
3. More planning part.
4. Expert understanding- Channel Management of large number of Channel partners.
5. Understanding market and better MIS
6. People Management
