Area Sales Manager - Used Car Finance

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Good local Market and Product knowledge for Used Car Business

- Candidate should be excellent in interpersonal relationship and communication skill

- Must have Team Handling Experience

- To Prepare sales plans and strategies and help the team to achieve budget targets.

- Candidates should be able manage Daily Business MIS and should possess data mining skills.

- Responsible for Recruiting and managing team of 5-6 ASMs

- Nurturing and grooming sales team by providing on-field and off-field training

- Working closely with other Department for maintaining quality portfolio

- Handling customer grievances and ensuring suitable resolution
