Responsibilities :
1. End to end channel & client relationship and Key account management.
2. Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products & presentation to top officials.
3. Conducting seminars to create awareness and differentiation of the products.
4. Incorporation of product specification in Government tenders.
5. Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer's requirements, markets and business challenges.
6. Develop Opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools.
7. Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan execution with growth mindset.
8. Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on a monthly and year-on-year basis.
9. Channel sales team training, development and managing account receivable.
10. Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management, generate tenders in government projects, identify segment partners who will work with us to submit bids and execute the tenders.
11. Manage team- Build a strong team through coaching, training, goal setting, building execution rhythm, periodic reviews, handholding, feedback, identifying development needs and creating development plan for team members, goal setting, reward and recognition for performers, and corrective actions for non-performers.
12. Pipeline management Using SFDC (SFDC Operational Knowledge is must- Account, Lead & Opportunity management, Revenue schedule creation, Call Log Ins, Coaching moment registering, Downloading reports, Dashboard Review, Creation of account plan & sales plan.
13. Industry engagement: Drive Industry engagement, identify forums and communities of KOL/ segment partners/ Architects and represent 3M at these forums
