Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate with central / regional sales & marketing team to formulate annual / monthly business plan of contract manufacturing initiative for their respective areas.

- Ensure generation of sales / leads in accordance to annual / monthly sales business plan.

- Responsible for sales order generation in co-ordination with the distributor sales force.

- Responsible for network expansion at distributor / dealer level as per business requirements.

- Co-ordinate with the regional sales manager (at Kolkata) and dispatch & compliance officer / supply chain officer who are stationed at the contract manufacturer premise for timely production and delivery of the material to distributor / dealer locations.

- Monitoring competition prices and activities in the market and updating the Regional Sales Manager / central sales & marketing team of the same.

- Ensure order compliance at distributor / dealer level and logging of sales orders in the system.

- Generate leads for project sales in co-ordination with central / regional sales team.

- Monitoring of complaints raised by distributors / dealers and ensure that the complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

- Driving national / regional / local marketing initiatives of company as directed.

- Drive brand exclusivity initiatives at distributor level (to the best extent possible).

- Maintain contacts and periodic visits to distributors / dealers as per the business requirement.

- Ensure that the distributors meet all the legal / statutory requirements.

- Capability building of distributor sales force including technical and sales skills.

- Resolving channel conflict as and when required.
