Job Description - The position will entail leading the Bangladesh Market for Sales and Operations. The position will Plan, direct and implement the promotion, sale and distribution policy of the company's Textile division products in Bangladesh, with the aim of having control and direct management of current and future customers in these countries.

Bangladesh is one of the key markets for their Textile Vertical with over 70% of sales in the vertical coming from the country specifically
Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Representing the Client's textile division in Bangladesh
- Preparing sales plans, short and medium term actions to achieve the objectives set by the company, designing the necessary strategies and supervising their application
- Directing and managing the activities of the commercial network of agents, training the team and motivating it
- Meeting and directly managing clients from Bangladesh
- Investigating the market, anticipating its evolution and anticipating the necessary measures to adapt to new inclinations or trends
- Applying the appropriate pricing policy, sales conditions and customer service to achieve sales, profitability and the desired positioning
- Taking responsibility for the negotiation and monitoring of large accounts
- Carrying out the necessary follow-up actions to ensure maximum effectiveness in achieving objectives
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Masters in technical education or Bachelors with Technical specialisations
- Specialisation Studies in Marketing and Sales
- Knowledge of business strategy planning, distribution channels, product-market-competition of your company
- 10+ years experience in similar positions in B2B or B2C companies in the textile sector
- Experience in managing costs, sales, discounts
