Area Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for tractors within the designated territory.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Managing and supporting the dealer network to ensure effective sales and after-sales service.

- Promoting new and existing tractor models through various marketing and promotional activities.
- Providing training and support to dealers and their sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Implementing pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while ensuring profitability.
- Conducting regular field visits to understand market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Planning and executing sales campaigns to boost sales during peak seasons and special occasions.
- Ensuring optimal inventory levels at dealerships to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
