Position : ASM (Manager)

Location : Anywhere in Maharashtra

Role Details :

- Achieve the sales revenue target.

- Channel development and infrastructure

- Process Compliance

- Effective team management / mentoring / coaching

- Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned area.

- Reduction of Low Utilized sites by building up Retail network / customer base

- Team management to improve productivity and sales capabilities. Handling On Roll and Off Roll Team

- Channel Management (Distributor / Key retailers) to improve productivity

- Aggressive execution of Trade Programs, Market working.

- Liasoning with Service Delivery and Finance function to ensure compliances and Channel payouts are in order

- Collect the market intelligence data including competitor information & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Zonal Business Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business.
