Area Sales Manager - Super Specialty - Team mgmt of 4 people (prior Team mgmt exp. is must)
Area head of Sales in assigned territory/state; his/her prime responsibility would be to manage and direct the sales force so as to optimize on BD/Sales opportunity
Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage the sales team, sets goals and procedures
- Provide a strategic direction to sales function
- Responsible for Business development activities
- Ensure profitable product mix
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume
