Responsibilities:

- Accountable for achieving the required direct distribution plan, desired availability & visibility and meet the monthly targets by territory

- To ensure tracking of input & output parameters on daily basis

- To create consumer network distribution & increase the output

- To ensure coordination & 100% implementation of the company strategies

- To lead & motivate field force in field

- To give feedback regularly to line manager & HO on market information & development

- To build the relationship with distributors, key retail outlets & retail chains.

Reporting to: ZSM/RSM

Experience Required: 1-2 years in any field

Education Qualification:

MBA 2016/2017 batch passout from Tier I/II instititute

Experience and Other Functional Skills:

- MBA from a premier institute with 1-2 years of Managerial experience

- Should possess good communication, selling, analytical, relationship & team building skills
