Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our retail network, driving seller acquisitions, training Retailers/sellers to maximize their sales potential, and managing a team of 5 individuals.
- The Retail Sales Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Additionally, the manager will be responsible for creating and sharing dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making. Another important activity is to ensure high visibility at all retail points through merchandising by merchandisers.
- Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new Retailers to join our retail network.
- Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration.
- Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new Retailers and customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 individuals, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, sales activity.
- Through a Retailer, and market trends.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.
- Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
Qualification: MBA/MMS/MPM/PGDM - Marketing
