Job Title : Area Sales Manager
Location : Mumbai/Delhi NCR/Hyderabad/Chennai (Tamil speaking)/ Bharuch (Gujarat)
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner
JD : The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales target by appointing new distributors/ Channel partners for retail market and industrial market segment and if required do the direct sales to key accounts in the assigned states/ territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Key accounts handling:
- Relationship building with existing key accounts' users / buyers and develop new key accounts based on potential. Increase the sales of existing products and promote new products for cross selling.
- Monitor competition activities and find counter solution.
- Promotional activities like sampling/ seminars/ on-site trainings etc.
Channel Development and management:
- Managing existing distributors and develop/ appoint new distributors/wholesalers based on market potential in his region/ Industrial Hubs.
- Retail stores visits and doing promotion/POP material and making sure that company products are visible and sold on the retail counters.
- Primary and secondary sales management for each distributor.
- Payment collection from Industrial customers and distributors.
Skills Required:
- B2B sales experience of 2-3 years.
- Hard core sales professional.
- Strong business development capability.
- B2B sales experience especially to Chemical/ Bulk drugs
- Pharmaceutical/Automotive/Petrochemical/Mining Industries.
