- Market analysis with special emphasis on category, brand as well as SKU level performance
- Financial viability analysis
- Pricing analysis
- Coordinating with RM to diagnose issues in business performance and introducing corrective measures through marketing and activation wherever possible
- Inventory Analysis to carry out corrective measures with trend analysis, target stock setting, ageing of stock etc.
- Planogram development & financial impact with respect of range & assortment planning
- Strategy Evaluation through number crunching techniques
- Evaluation of promotions & competitor analysis
