Business Development & Marketing :
- Implementing competitive strategies for achieving for increased growth & bottom line profitability and initiating market development efforts
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Key Account management/C&F operation :
- Identifying and developing a new client for providing a business solution, thereby generating new business for the organization and contributing to overall profitability.
- Forecast and stock management to ensuring maximum customer coverage by providing assistance and achieving delivery & quality norms.
Channel Management :
- Developing & expanding channel network comprising of dealers & retails, evaluating their performance & monitoring channel activities.
- Providing assistance to channel partners regarding seamless delivery of products & services in the market.
