Ensuring KPIs are being met individual-wise, channel-wise and channel partner- wise; sales systems are being maintained seamlessly; implementing necessary changes in the existing infrastructure and exceeding the primary and secondary sales targets set by the organization
Building brand focus in conjunction with channel partners, managing channel conflict, ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares
Analyzing and reviewing sales performance/requirements and communicating the same to marketing/supply chain teams for accomplishment of business goals
Planning and implementing marketing and retailing plans through a mix of ATL and BTL activities
Overall maintenance of retail metrics, visual merchandising and stock alignment for exclusive stores
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activity
Handling a team of 3 Sales Executives, 1 Retail Executive, and 5 Distributors catering to more than 3500 Dealers
Guiding, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Hands on training to the sales/retail personnel on processes to enhance their operational efficiency
Providing inputs for rewards programs for employee retention in the sales and retail teams
