Area Sales Manager - Paint & Water Proofing

Job role :

- Handling sales & marketing operations with key focus on achieving predefined targets

- Driving sales initiatives with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to effectively build consumer preferences & drive volumes

- Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing plans

- Establishing strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration; providing training & direction to channel partners for ensuring quality performance

- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms

- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes; identifying and networking with prospective dealers for generating business from existing accounts

- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities and managing network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach
